AJCatalyst Lab identifies, supports, and scales high-impact initiatives confronting antisemitism, building bridges, strengthening U.S.-Israel ties, and developing the next generation of Jewish leadership.
What selected initiatives receive.
Seed funding, strategic mentorship, operational support, media and communications guidance, and access to the American Jewish Congress national and international network.
Who we are looking for.
Innovative, scalable initiatives and exceptional leaders creating meaningful impact in the Jewish community and beyond. Initiatives at any stage, from idea to existing programs seeking scale.
Process and guidelines.
Initiatives are selected through a competitive process based on leadership quality, early traction, scalability, and impact potential. Applications are reviewed by the AJCatalyst Lab team and shortlisted candidates are contacted directly to advance to the next stage.
The application asks for a clear, concise overview of your initiative, your team, who you serve, results to date, and what support you need most. You may include up to eight supporting materials (pitch decks, summaries, demos, screenshots, work samples). Files are capped at 4 MB each; share longer videos or large packets as links inside the form.
