The future of the Jewish community depends on a new generation of leaders who are engaged, connected, and prepared to address the challenges facing Jewish communities in the United States, Israel, and around the world. Yet too many young Jewish professionals and activists lack meaningful opportunities to develop leadership skills, build networks, and engage with decision-makers.

The Young Jewish Congress brings together emerging leaders from diverse backgrounds to strengthen their connection to the Jewish community, public affairs, and civic leadership. Through educational programming, networking opportunities, mentorship, and direct engagement with policymakers, participants gain the knowledge, relationships, and experience needed to become effective advocates and community leaders.

Our goal is to cultivate a dynamic network of young Jewish leaders who will shape the future of Jewish life, strengthen democratic values, and help build a stronger relationship between the American Jewish community and Israel.
